螺旋桨非定常滑流数值模拟

摘要: 运用非结构动态嵌套网格技术,通过求解三维非定常Euler方程,对螺旋桨飞机的螺旋桨滑流进行了真实数值模拟.动态嵌套网格方法通过建立运动区子域网格来模拟螺旋桨的旋转运动,静止的机身包含在静止区网格中,有效解决了螺旋桨滑流模拟中的相对运动问题.采用双时间方法求解控制方程,在每一个物理时间步上运用经典四步Runge-Kutta方法进行迭代计算,得出非定常流场.计算了螺旋桨飞机的螺旋桨拉力系数以及不同工况下的非定常流场,对滑流的影响进行了分析,并和相关实验数据进行了对比,结果比较一致.Abstract: Numerical simulation of three-dimensional unsteady Euler equations was conducted to investigate the unsteady propeller slipstream based on the unstructured dynamic overset grids.The rotational movement of the propeller was simulated by establishing a rotational subzone,and the airframe was contained in the stationary subzone.The method of overset grids was suitable to simulation of relative movement between the propeller and airframe.The control equations were solved by using the dual-time method and standard explicit four-stage Runge-Kutta method.The unsteady flow fields of different flight conditions were calculated and the effect of propeller slipstream was analyzed.Some calculated results were compared with experimental data,showing good agreement with each other.
