采用正弯静叶的压气机在不同轴向间隙下时序效应的实验
Experimental investigation of clocking effect in a compressor with positive bowed stator in different axial gaps

摘要: 实验研究了一台采用正弯静叶的低速压气机在不同轴向间隙下的时序效应,详细测量了二级静叶出口的横截面流场.实验结果表明:随着轴向间隙的减小,时序效应未见明显变化,压气机扩压能力增强,输入扭矩随之增加,效率则呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,表明存在最佳周向间隙,同时喘振裕度有所下降.Abstract: The clocking effect of a double stage compressor with positive bowed stator in different axial gaps between rotor and stator rows was investigated in this paper.The traverse flow field was measured in detail at the second stators outlet.The experimental results show that clocking effect changes little while the axial gap reduces.The diffusion ability intensifies while the input torque increases.The efficiency increases firstly and then decreases.It means that there is an optimal axial gap.At the same time,the surge margin decreases while the axial gap reduces.
