Measurement of rotating stall in an axial compressor using a single slanted hot-wire probe

摘要: 发展了一种使用单斜热线探针测量有回流的三维复杂流场的方法,采用旋转探针技术来实现单传感器探针的三维速度场测量,并利用热线支杆尾迹的影响来判断流动方向.使用该方法对一台低速轴流压气机的旋转失速流场进行了测量,测量结果详细地显示了失速团中流动结构,验证了该方法在复杂流场测量时简单易用、精度高,并且可以处理有回流情况的流场,对于叶轮机内部复杂流场测量有良好的实用性.Abstract: A method was developed to measure reversed flow using a single slanted hot-wire probe.Probe rotating technique was used to measure three-dimensional velocities with a single-sensor probe, and the wake of the prong was used to determine the direction of the flow.The method was applied to measure the rotating stall in a low speed axial compressor.The results give a detail view of the flow structure in the rotating stall cell, demonstrating that this technique is simple and accurate in the measurement of reversed flow.It is especially applicable in the measurement of three dimensional flow field within turbomachinery.
