某高负荷跨声双级风扇气动设计与数值模拟

Aerodynamic design and numerical simulation of a highly loaded transonic two-stage fan

  • 摘要: 介绍了某变循环发动机的高负荷跨声双级风扇的设计过程和设计结果,详细讨论了设计过程中关键参数的选取,采用基于S2m流面的流线曲率方法和任意叶片造型方法进行了通流设计和叶片造型.为了提高风扇的效率和失速裕度,转子和静子的设计采用了掠形技术.三维数值模拟结果表明,双级风扇的性能参数除绝热效率外,均达到了设计指标的要求,并且在80%设计转速以上具有较高的峰值效率.
