基于壁面射流理论的直通篦齿透气效应的修正

摘要: 分析和归纳了几种直通篦齿泄漏量工程算法的特点,在自由射流理论Vermes算法的基础上考虑壁面效应即运用二维壁面射流理论推导了直通篦齿透气效应残余动能因子,并与Vermes算法和数值模拟计算结果进行了对比.结果表明:篦齿齿腔内的射流流动为典型的壁面射流扩散过程,主流流速分布具有自相似性;采用二维壁面射流理论计算得到残余动能因子略高于数值模拟,计算精度较Vermes算法有很大提高.Abstract: Based on the analysis and summary the some leakage calculation methods characteristics and flow process on the straight through labyrinth seals,the relatively amount of kinetic energy being carried from throttling into the next was considered by use of the theory of two-dimensional (2-D) wall jet and compared with the Vermes method and numerical simulation.The result is that the jet flow in labyrinth cavities has the similar basic characteristics of two-dimensional wall jet flow such as the self-similar distribution of mainstream velocity;an empirical formula developed based on the 2-D wall jet theory is better than that based on the free jet theory and little higher than numerical simulation.
