Conjugate heat transfer investigation on a gas turbine blade

摘要: 针对具有热态实验结果的Mark Ⅱ冷却叶片进行气热耦合计算研究,利用CFX求解器对非耦合与耦合算法进行了详细的分析和对比.结果表明,相比耦合计算及实验结果,由于非耦合边界条件的影响,采用施加平均壁面温度的非耦合计算存在较大的计算偏差.研究工作揭示了气热耦合计算的必要性及准确性.Abstract: This paper described the conjugate heat transfer (CHT) investigation on the Mark Ⅱ blade with hot-gas test data.The CFX solver was used for CHT and non-CHT simulations,and the corresponding results were analyzed and compared in detail.The results show that,even if the correct averaged temperature is specified on the blade surface,the calculated heat transfer coefficient distributions by using non-CHT method still exhibit some deviations due to the non-coupled boundary conditions,as compared with the CHT method and experimental data.The present investigation reveals the necessity and accuracy of CHT method.
