结构及工况对人字型指尖气浮密封的性能影响
Sealing performances analysis for a herringbone-grooved finger gas seal structure and working parameter

摘要: 在对人字型指尖气浮密封工作条件下激励形式分析及处理的基础上,建立了人字型指尖气浮密封系统的分析模型,并得到了人字型指尖气浮密封系统的动态泄漏率和动态气膜承载力的计算方法.以实际算例分析了人字型槽不同结构参数和工况参数对密封性能的影响规律.结果表明:人字型槽的各结构参数对密封的性能都有影响,其中,螺旋角的变化对密封性能的影响较为明显;在转子不平衡质量和支撑结构的径向游隙较小的情况下,随着转子转速的增加,密封性能提高.通过与参考文献中试验结果的对比分析验证了计算结果的合理性.Abstract: An analysis model of a herringbone-grooved finger gas seal system was presented for its structure and working parameter.The dynamic leakage and dynamic load capacity were subsequently calculated.With this model,analysis and calculation were performed with the change of different herringbone-grooved parameters and working conditions for the sealing performance of the seal.The calculated results indicate that the sealing performance is straightly affected by herringbone-grooved parameters.Rotor speed and windage have different influences on the leakage and load capacity.The above results are validated by comparing with the test data in references,thus providing a better basis for design of the seal.
