齿间浅槽结构对直通篦齿封严特性影响的实验

Experiments of leakage effects of rub-grooves on straight-through labyrinth seals

  • 摘要: 在早期研究的结果上,提出了一种齿间浅槽结构的直通齿衬套,即在与篦齿齿腔正对的衬套上加工制成浅槽.这种齿间浅槽破坏了壁面射流附面层的轴向连续性,导致射流流经浅槽后向篦齿齿腔发生小角度偏转,这样能有效地降低直通篦齿的透气效应,进而降低泄漏量.实验结果表明,相比于传统的光滑衬套,浅槽泄漏系数显著降低,其中矩形浅槽下降15%,平行四边形浅槽下降30%,封严性能大大提高,这进一步说明迎来流方向,较小的迎风角有利于射流偏转,而当射流离开浅槽时,较大的开槽角度增加了射流的流动阻力,更利于射流的偏转.
