基于响应面法齿轮啮合传动可靠性灵敏度分析

Analysis of reliability sensitivity for gear engagement based on response surface methods

  • 摘要: 建立三维参数化齿轮啮合有限元模型,利用ANSYS软件对其进行仿真计算,得到齿轮啮合的接触应力变化规律.基于响应面方法综合考虑齿轮各参数的原始制造误差以及转速、载荷等不同工况对齿轮传动的影响,对齿轮啮合传动进行多次随机虚拟试验,得出其可靠度,并以定量的概率给出各参数的可靠性灵敏度.计算结果得出了各个参数原始制造误差对齿轮接触应力的影响程度.
