某微型涡喷发动机地面试车故障分析及措施

Faults analysis and solution in ground operation of a micro turbojet engine

  • 摘要: 针对某微型涡喷发动机的地面试车实验过程,介绍了发动机结构,地面实验台的搭建,测试系统的布置,试车线路的制定,并重点分析了试车过程中遇到的多种故障现象及解决办法.这些故障现象包括:点火可靠性、火焰拖尾、转速悬挂、转静件碰摩、尾喷管翼子板焊缝开裂、涡轮端轴承热失稳、发动机喘振、电控程序调试等.实验结果表明:进一步降低涡轮端轴承热负荷、改进国产压气机叶轮材料机械性能、提高工艺水平,是目前微型涡喷发动机设计中亟待解决的问题;其他故障形式均可以通过采取相关措施予以克服.
