特定工况下内嵌钢球欧拉梁碰撞减振 性能研究
Investigation on impact damping characteristic of interior inlaid steel ball for Euler beam under certain operating condition

摘要: 针对内嵌自主移动钢球欧拉梁碰撞系统,研究了在一复杂工况下内嵌自主移动钢球碰撞阻尼机制对梁残余衰减振动的抑制效果.采用线性弹簧-阻尼模型模拟钢球与梁之间的碰撞机制,通过分析建立了整个碰撞系统的分段线性动力学方程,并运用无量纲化、假设模态法、高阶模态截断等方法导出了系统的状态空间方程.数值计算结果充分表明在此工况下内嵌自主移动钢球对惯性力作用下梁的残余衰减振动在幅值上具有较好的减振效果,并且该效果具有显著的阶段性特征.增加钢球质量,碰撞阻尼机制也随之增强.Abstract: For an impact system of an Euler beam with interior inlaid freely moving steel ball,under a complicated operating condition,the impact damping characteristic of the steel ball was investigated for residual damped vibrations of the Euler beam acted by inertia forces.A linear spring-damping model was employed to simulate the impact between the steel ball and interior beam walls.Then the linear piecewise dynamic equations for the impact system were established,and the dimensionless state-space equations with finite degrees of freedoms were derived by introducing dimensionless variables,and assuming modes and truncating high order modes.Numerical calculations sufficiently indicate that,under this operating condition, the steel ball has a significant impact damping effect on suppressing the beam residual damped vibrations in amplitudes,and moreover,the impact damping exhibits a strong stage character.The impact damping of the ball is enhanced with increase of its mass.
