微小型垂直起降飞行器升力螺旋桨实验
Experimental study of static-thrust propeller for mini-vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aircraft

摘要: 为提高微小型无人垂直起降飞行器的载重能力,针对其升力螺旋桨的悬停性能进行了系统性的参数对比实验.通过对实验数据进行分析对比和静推力状态螺旋桨片条理论计算,得出了各种几何参数对几何定距螺旋桨悬停性能影响的一系列结论.给出了此类螺旋桨的性能实验数据,结果表明较大的直径可显著改善悬停性能,同时存在最佳的中等偏低几何螺距、实度和平面形状,但后两个因素对此类螺旋桨的悬停性能影响较小.Abstract: Systematic experiments about static-thrust propellers' hovering performance with different geometrical parameters for unmanned mini-vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aircraft were made to enhance the lifting ability for more payloads. A series of conclusions about geometrical parameters' influence on hovering performance for propellers with constant pitch were summarized based on the test data and propeller strip theory suitable for static-thrust condition.This paper provides the test data of these propellers.The results show that larger diameter can improve hovering performance obviously,and there exist optimal lower medium pitch value,solidity and planform,but the latter two factors don't influence hovering performance obviously.
