基于权重系数的液体火箭发动机可靠性验证方案

Reliability compliance test plans for liquid-propellant rocket engine based on weighting factors

  • 摘要: 针对现在液体火箭发动机的任务可靠度验证方案不考虑开、关机的影响或试验时间较长的问题,利用权重系数模型,综合了典型的利用二项分布和利用威布尔分布分别制定出的可靠性验证试验方案,提出了制定液体火箭发动机可靠性验证方案的方法.该方法可以在既考虑了发动机的持续时间的验证又兼顾了开机和关机过程的前提下制定出液体火箭发动机可靠性验证试验方案.所制定的方案利用了研制信息,节省可靠性验证试验的时间和费用.
