双层滚珠轴承力学特性分析

Mechanical research of double-decker ball bearing

  • 摘要: 基于拟动力学原理,在考虑轴承所承受的径向载荷、轴向载荷、滚珠自身离心力以及陀螺力矩联合载荷作用的影响下,建立双层滚珠轴承在高速及载荷作用下的力学模型,通过MATLAB编程仿真,分析不同载荷参数和结构参数对轴承力学特性的影响,并对计算方法进行了实验验证.研究结果表明:内外两节径关系直接影响到内圈和中圈之间的转速分配关系;径向载荷和轴向载荷对接触角的变化影响较大,直接关系到滚珠轴承的失效情况;工作转速、滚珠的材料、轴向预紧力以及滚珠初始接触角等对轴承的刚度影响较大.研究结果为双层滚珠轴承的设计和应用提供一定的理论依据.
