混合排气二元收敛喷管与发动机流量匹配设计方法

Study on matching method for core and bypass mass flux of 2-D convergent nozzle of mixed flow

  • 摘要: 发展了一种基于喷管三维黏性数值分析的内外涵气流质量流量匹配设计方法.该方法主要是通过建立以喷管待定几何参数为未知量的非线性无量纲内外涵气流质量流量匹配方程组,然后采用逐步线性迭代法结合喷管三维黏性数值分析对该非线性方程组进行求解,得到满足发动机内外涵流量匹配的喷管设计方案.通过数值算例验证分析,结果表明:①该方法可以快速确定满足涡扇发动机内外涵流量匹配要求的二元收敛喷管待定几何参数;②流量匹配后,出口面积较小、长度较长的二元收敛喷管总推力和推进效率较高.
