Method for locating rub fault of rotor-stator based on acoustic emission beamforming

  • 摘要: 提出了一种利用声发射信号进行旋转机械转静子碰摩故障定位的方法.首先利用板波理论进行声发射信号传播特性研究,证明波束形成法在声发射信号处理中的可行性,并建立近场声发射波束形成法;之后,在旋转机械碰摩故障模拟实验台的机匣上进行断铅实验,利用近场声发射波束形成法进行定位测试,验证所提出方法的有效性;最后,将提出的方法用于转静子碰摩故障的定位,并成功地识别出碰摩故障的位置.
