某型航空发动机中介轴承外环故障振动分析

Vibration analysis on turbofan engine intershaft bearing with outer race defect

  • 摘要: 根据某型双转子航空发动机的结构和动力学特点,设计建造了中介轴承实验器.实验中发现中介轴承的外环故障包络谱与内环故障和滚动体故障的包络谱相似,也受周向载荷不均匀分布和传感器相对位置周期性变化的影响.基于此,推导了中介轴承故障特征倍频公式,建立了中介轴承局部故障的理论模型,采用希尔伯特包络检波技术,对外环剥落轴承振动信号进行了分析,结果表明,所建立的中介轴承局部故障理论模型是正确的.
