摘要: 采用实体板壳单元对矢量喷管关键部件进行了柔性化,基于机构的树状参数化处理技巧和MSC.ADAMS软件的宏命令批处理技术构建了矢量喷管的多柔体动力学仿真模型,模型中使用点线约束简化了部分接触约束,极大减小了计算规模.仿真了机构的冷态同步、摇头和摆头等工况,获得了机构各环节的受载和动态特性.研究工作对于矢量喷管的热态仿真及其虚拟设计和虚拟实验具有重要指导意义.

Abstract: The crucial parts of axial-symmetric vectoring exhaust nozzle(AVEN) were meshed into flexible bodies with solid-shell elements.A flexible multi-body dynamics model of AVEN was built based on MSC.ADAMS command batch processing technique and tree-shape parametric technique.A part of contact constraints in the dynamics model were simplified with point-curve constraints to reduce the computational size.By means of simulation of shaking and swinging movement of the AVEN on normal temperature condition,the loading and dynamic characteristics of the mechanism were achieved.Provided an important reference for virtual design and virtual experiment of AVEN. -
