回流环形燃烧室出口温度场的试验
Experiment of outlet temperature distribution of a reverse-flow annular combustor

摘要: 以某涡轮风扇发动机回流环形燃烧室为研究对象,采用试验的方法,研究了不同工况下该燃烧室出口温度分布特性.部件试验结果得到了出口温度沿周向分布和径向分布特性,重点详细分析了温度沿涡轮导叶叶高的分布特性,并在此基础上提出了局部扇形区域径向温度沿叶高的分布特性这一概念来考核燃烧室出口温度品质,为燃烧室出口温度分布的评估和改进优化提供了有益的参考价值.Abstract: An experiment on the outlet temperature distribution of an aero-engine reverse flow annular combustor was performed under several different working conditions.Outlet temperature distribution factor and radial temperature distribution factor were obtained.Temperature distribution along the height of turbine guide vane was studied in detail.A new concept called local sector radial temperature distribution along the height of turbine was proposed and it was recommended that when assessing the temperature factor it should be taken into consideration.The experiment results provide significant promotion for the evaluation and optimization of the outlet temperature distribution.
