电脉冲除冰系统的除冰实验与数值模拟

De-icing experiment and numerical simulation of the electro-impulse de-icing system

  • 摘要: 搭建了电脉冲除冰实验台,完成了脉冲放电500V时的除冰实验,获得了三次除冰激励后的除冰效果.同时,为数值模拟除冰过程,求解了除冰动力即铝板在涡流场作用下的脉冲压力分布,建立了冰-铝板三维有限元分析模型,利用ANSYS单元生死技术瞬态非线性分析了冰层的失效单元,比较了Labeas冰层失效准则与第一强度理论分析冰层失效的效果.结果表明:加载除冰激励后,利用第一强度理论数值仿真去除冰层范围的结果更符合本次除冰实验.
