电脉冲除冰系统的除冰实验与数值模拟
De-icing experiment and numerical simulation of the electro-impulse de-icing system

摘要: 搭建了电脉冲除冰实验台,完成了脉冲放电500V时的除冰实验,获得了三次除冰激励后的除冰效果.同时,为数值模拟除冰过程,求解了除冰动力即铝板在涡流场作用下的脉冲压力分布,建立了冰-铝板三维有限元分析模型,利用ANSYS单元生死技术瞬态非线性分析了冰层的失效单元,比较了Labeas冰层失效准则与第一强度理论分析冰层失效的效果.结果表明:加载除冰激励后,利用第一强度理论数值仿真去除冰层范围的结果更符合本次除冰实验.Abstract: An electro-impulse de-icing system was developed to undertake the de-icing experiments.De-icing occurred when the circuit was trigged three times with the discharge voltage 500V.Meanwhile,the de-icing excitation exerting on the aluminum plate was numerically simulated in the eddy current field.A three dimensional finite model of ice and aluminum plate was introduced to analyze the ice failure in the nonlinear transient method by killing elements of the ANSYS FE(finite element) code.The ice failure criterion was checked by comparing the Labeas de-icing criterion with the first strength theory.It concludes that the latter is more suitable for simulating the de-icing process by loading the de-icing excitation in this test.
