某5级低压涡轮全三维计算分析
Three-dimensional simulation and analysis of five-stage low pressure turbine

摘要: 为了解某民用发动机5级低压涡轮的气动设计特点,利用全三维计算流体动力学(CFD)软件CFX 12.0对带冷气的某5级低压涡轮进行了全三维计算,湍流模拟采用带转捩的SST(shear stress transport)二方程模型,并使用源项模拟技术考虑冷气的影响.计算结果与试验结果进行了对比,结果表明该涡轮叶片均采用前加载或均匀加载的设计方法,流道中气流为全亚声速流动;亦表明了CFX软件对气动流场的模拟具有较高的精度.计算结果为先进民用航空发动机涡轮设计提供一定的参考和借鉴.Abstract: In order to understand the five-stage LPT(low pressure turbine) aerodynamic design characteristic,full three-dimensional simulation of the five-stage LPT was conducted by the CFD(computational fluid dynamics) software CFX12.0.Three-dimensional Reynolds averaged N-S(Navier-Stokes) equations with SST (shear stress transport) turbulence model were used to predict the LPT internal flow.The results were compared with the experimental data.It is proved that the turbine blades are all designed by fore-loaded or uniform-loaded,and the CFX has high precision on simulating aerodynamic flowfield.Besides,the results provide some references for civil aerial-engine turbine design.
