非线性谐波法在对转压气机中的校检分析

Validation of nonlinear harmonic method in dual-stage counter-rotating compressor

  • 摘要: 以双级对转压气机为研究对象,对新型非定常模拟方法——非线性谐波(NLH)法进行了不同阶数下的校检,并与常规非定常模拟方法在宏观性能指标和微观流场结构上进行对比,分析了对转压气机转子独特的动-动干涉现象.研究结果表明:非线性谐波方法可在时均框架内有效计及非定常现象,对于该对转压气机,3阶谐波已能在计算成本和计算精度间获得最佳折衷,具备良好的工程应用前景.
