航空活塞发动机燃烧煤油冷起动油量控制研究

摘要: 为了解决航空活塞发动机燃烧煤油时冷起动油量控制的问题,根据油膜理论,建立冷起动油膜补偿模型,并推导出适于在微控制器上实现的离散控制算法.利用Matlab/Simulink对基于油膜补偿器的冷 起动油量控制模型进行仿真,结果表明该模型能够保证起动瞬间有足够数量燃油进入气缸.进行原型机改烧煤油试验,在不改动发动机供油和点火系统的情况下,通过冷起动油量控制,煤油发动机冷起动性能得到改善.Abstract: In order to solve the problem of cold start fuel flow control of an aero-piston engine fueled by kerosene,a fuel film compensation model based on fuel film theory was presented,and a discrete control algorithm running on microcontroller was given.What's more,a fuel flow control model for cold start which was based on fuel film compensation was simulated on Matlab/Simulink platform.The simulation result shows this control model can ensure sufficient kerosene flowing into the cylinder.Finally,the prototype burning kerosene experiments were performed,which shows that without changing fuel feeding and ignition system,the cold start capability of kerosene engine has been improved by cold start fuel flow control.
