复合材料单排多钉接头疲劳损伤失效试验
Experiments on fatigue failure test of single-row multiple bolted joints in composite laminates

摘要: 针对T300/BMP-316复合材料层合板单排三钉双剪连接接头进行了静拉伸与拉-拉疲劳试验研究,考虑了三钉接头的三种几何尺寸及有无拧紧力矩两种工况对其力学性能的影响.为对比三钉与单钉螺栓接头的力学性能差异,对单钉螺栓接头也进行了试验.为了解层合板双剪接头螺栓孔随着载荷增加的变形情况,对螺栓孔的径向伸长变形进行了测量.结果表明:三钉接头的破坏形式与接头的尺寸密切相关;用单钉接头的力学性能来表征多钉接头的力学性能存在一定的误差;试验得到了螺栓孔变形与载荷增加的关系曲线.Abstract: The static tensile strength and fatigue characteristics of double-lapped three bolted joints of T300/BMP-316 composite laminates were tested,which included three sizes and two types of torques.In order to compare the differences in mechanics properties of three joints and single joint,the mechanics properties of single joints were also tested.To understand the double-lapped bolt hole's deformation with increasing load,the hole's deformation was measured.Experimental results show that the damage type is closely related to its size,and there are some errors in using mechanics properties of single joint to characterize mechanics properties of multiple joints,and the curve of bolt hole deformation-load is obtained.
