保护轴承系统中弹性环不同安装位置对转子跌落后动力学响应的影响
Effect of different elastic ring installation locations in catcher bearing system on rotor drop dynamic responses

摘要: 针对磁悬浮轴承系统中通常需要一套保护轴承作为磁悬浮轴承失效后转子的临时支撑,转子跌落后将产生的巨大冲击和振动这一问题,提出将弹性环分别安装于转子和保护轴承外圈两种不同位置来缓冲转子跌落所带来的冲击和振动.针对两种位置建立转子跌落的动力学模型,并对所建立的模型进行数值仿真计算,主要分析对比了安装位置不同对转子跌落后碰撞力、轴心轨迹和保护轴承内圈转速的影响.在理论分析的基础上,进行了相应的试验研究.仿真和试验结果表明:将弹性环安装于转子上更能有效地减小转子跌落后的振动幅度和冲击力.Abstract: Catcher bearings serve as the temporary support of the rotor once active magnetic bearings fail.Focusing on the huge impacts and vibrations after rotor dropped methods of,fixing an elastic ring on the rotor and outer race of the catcher bearing were separately adopted to buffer the series of impacts.The dynamic models of rotor drop for the two structures were established.Then,the established dynamic functions were numerically simulated to compare the different effect of the two proposed structures on the following impacts,rotor orbits and inner race speed after rotor dropped.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the corresponding experiments were performed.Both simulation and experimental results show that adding the elastic ring to the rotor is more effective to reduce the vibration amplitudes and impacts.
