单圆盘转子非线性振动模型及机理
Single-disc rotor nonlinear vibration model and mechanism

摘要: 根据转子非线性振动的力学性质及大变形假设,结合工程实际构建了转子非线性振动具有Duffing方程形式的力学模型,推导了非线性系统的等效频率和频响方程,研究了刚度元件、阻尼元件与非线性元件对系统振动的影响.通过单圆盘转子非线性振动实验,验证了非线性振动模型结构与Duffing方程求解及频响方程的合理性与有效性,揭示了共振、突变、滞后等非线性现象的机理,为转子振动特性分析提供了一种新的研究方法.Abstract: Based on mechanical properties of rotor nonlinear vibration and the assumption of large deformation,the rotor nonlinear vibration model in the form of Duffing equation was constructed from typical engineering problem.According to analytical solutions of Duffing equation,system's equivalent frequency and frequency response equation were derived.The system's vibration influences of stiffness components,damping components and nonlinear components were studied.The single-disc rotor nonlinear vibration experimental results verified the rationality and efficiency of nonlinear vibration model's construction and Duffing equation's analytical solution and frequency response equation.The mechanisms of resonance,amplitude jump and hysteresis are revealed.It provides a new research method for rotor vibration characteristics analysis.
