Influences of several parameters on aerodynamic performance of micro-radial turbine

摘要: 根据毫米级微型向心涡轮的特点,通过理论分析结合经验关联进行了涡轮性能与几何气动热力学参数之间的关联,在此基础上探讨了气动设计过程中各关键参数对微型向心涡轮气动性能的影响规律及影响程度.通过毫米级微型向心涡轮气动方案的设计,结合三维数值模拟手段对上述分析的系列参数选取原则的合理性进行了验证.针对毫米级微型涡轮中绝热壁面条件已不适用情况,探讨了固壁传热对涡轮气动性能的影响,这些研究为毫米级微型涡轮气动方案的设计提供了参考依据.Abstract: Based on the characteristics of the millimeter-scale radial turbine,the correlations between turbine performance and the aerodynamic parameters were studied by combined theoretical analysis and empirical correlation.The laws and the scope of the influences of the key parameters on micro-radial turbine performance during the aerodynamic design process were discussed.These criterions were proved to be reasonable through the design procedure of a millimeter-scale turbine and the related 3-D numerical analysis.Contraposing the unsuitability of the adiabatic wall condition of millimeter-scale turbine,the effect of heat transfer on turbine performance was discussed.The guidance was given to micro turbine aerodynamic design through those results.
