多工况过程动态SDG故障诊断
Fault diagnosis for multistage dynamic processes based on signed directed graph

摘要: 通过分析多工况过程的故障动态特性,在符号有向图(SDG)中引入工况条件,补充对未测节点的表达,提出了一种新的定性描述模型——过程动态有向图,给出了建模方法和基于故障依赖性关系 D 矩阵的诊断流程.该模型满足了随工况变化调整结构和参数的需求,诊断算法解决了实际系统部分状态常常因未测量而造成信息缺失的问题.同时综合不同过程的SDG诊断能改善静态SDG模型定性推理分辨率.利用提出的方法建立了某民用飞机发动机引气系统的诊断模型并进行了诊断,结果表明该模型有效且实用.Abstract: After analyzing the dynamic characteristics of multistage processes,new qualitative description model—process dynamic signed directed graph (PDSDG) was proposed by introducing the stage conditions to unmeasured nodes in SDG.The modeling method and a D matrix-based diagnosis method were given.The proposed model can meet the demand of adjustment along with the conditions,and the diagnosis method disposed the nodes that were not online observed.PDSDG had better resolution than static SDG by comprehensive consideration of different stage diagnosis results.Finally,the fault diagnosis model of an aircraft engine bleed system was built with the proposed method.The case results proved the effectivity and utility of this model.)
