小轮双向修形参数对面齿轮副啮合性能的影响

摘要: 提出了面齿轮传动副小轮双向修形方法,推导了修形小轮及面齿轮齿面方程,建立了考虑安装误差的传动啮合方程,研究了局部共轭面齿轮副的啮合特性.算例分析表明:通过对小轮双向修形,可以获得开口向下的抛物线传动误差,改变双向修形参数值能控制接触路径的走向和传动误差的幅值.该方法能实现对面齿轮副局部共轭啮合特性的预控,对避免面齿轮副传动的边缘接触,抑制其啮合振动、噪声具有重要的理论意义.Abstract: A new modification method for face gear was proposed as the pinion double crowned.The derivations of surface equations of tooth modified pinion and face-gear were obtained respectively.The meshing performance investigation of the local conjugate face-gear pair was presented after the tooth contact anlysis was achieved taking the assembly errors into consideration.Finally,the calculated examples show that it enables the transmission errors to form a parabolic function,and enables the direction of contact path and the magnitude of transmission errors to get good control while the factors are pre-designed.The meshing performance of the local conjugate gear pair can obtain an anticipating controllability by using this method,which is quite important for restraining the edge contact,vibration and noise of face gear drive.
