油润滑弹性支撑多叶箔片轴承静态特性

Static characteristics of oil-lubricated multi-leaf foil bearing with compliant support

  • 摘要: 以提高箔片轴承承载力为目的,提出了一种带有弹性支撑结构的多叶箔片轴承.基于柔度矩阵理论计算了箔片变形量,并与有限元分析软件的仿真结果进行了对比,以验证其准确性;建立了油膜厚度与箔片变形量关系的表达式,仿真研究了该箔片轴承的静态特性,并与无支撑结构的多叶箔片轴承进行对比分析;建立了油润滑箔片轴承静态特性实验台,实验测量油润滑弹性支撑多叶箔片轴承的承载力.结果表明:弹性支撑多叶箔片轴承的承载力大于没有支撑结构的轴承,在30000r/min时承载力提高达109%;轴承转速越高,承载力增加越明显.实验得到的承载力与理论计算值相差2.7%,吻合较好.
