基于升速响应信息柔性转子系统的多阶多平面瞬态动平衡方法

Multi-plane and multi-critical transient dynamic balance method based on rising speed response information of flexible rotor system

  • 摘要: 利用升速响应信息进行柔性转子多阶、多平面瞬态动平衡方法研究.在提出柔性转子越过各阶临界转速时平衡校正量最优值算法的基础上,建立了以3次起车即可实现同时抑制多阶不平衡达到整体平衡的方法.通过所提出的平衡方法分别对双盘转子模型前2阶不平衡和三盘转子模型前3阶不平衡进行动平衡仿真研究,结果显示:该方法能在整体上有效控制转子系统的振幅波动,越过临界转速时的振幅减幅率普遍在80%左右,最低可达到60%以上.
