Effects of different injectors on spray characteristics of power-law non-Newtonian propellant

  • 摘要: 为寻求幂律型非牛顿推进剂有效的雾化喷嘴形式,采用与该推进剂流变特性基本一致的水基模拟液对直流式喷嘴、撞击式喷嘴、剪切撞击式气动雾化喷嘴、气泡雾化喷嘴和离心式喷嘴进行了雾化特性实验,比较了喷嘴形式及其结构参数对雾化特性的影响.结果表明:撞击式喷嘴是一种有效的雾化形式,撞击角度和射流速度是主要影响参数;气泡雾化喷嘴是一种高效的雾化方法,在约为4%的气液比下使水基模拟液破碎并产生液滴.
