浮环式挤压油膜阻尼器的减振机理

Damping mechanism of floating ring squeeze film damper

  • 摘要: 为了进行浮环式挤压油膜阻尼器减振机理的研究,借助于挤压油膜阻尼器的雷诺方程,根据浮动环与轴颈之间的相对运动,进行了浮环式挤压油膜阻尼器的建模.通过仿真计算,得到浮环式挤压油膜阻尼器转子系统和双向激励试验系统的位移响应,进行了浮环式挤压油膜阻尼器的减振机理研究.结果表明:浮环质量越大、油膜间隙越小、油膜宽度越大或者滑油黏度越大,则浮环式挤压油膜阻尼器具有越好的减振性能,反之,则越差.
