Numerical investigation of bleeding effect on performance of multistage axial compressor

  • 摘要: 首先以单级轴流压气机NASA-Stage 35为研究对象,采用数值模拟方法,对单级轴流压气机引气机理进行研究,并将相关结论应用于某9级轴流压气机的引气研究中.结果表明:引气对单级和多级轴流压气机内部流场的影响基本一致,多级轴流压气机受级间匹配特性影响总体性能变化与单级轴流压气机有所差别.转子端壁引气能够吸除叶尖间隙低能流体并增强转子通道内径向流动,减小叶尖损失,提升级压比和级效率.静子端壁引气能够减小静子端区损失,提升级效率.
