Numerical investigation of bleeding effect on performance of multistage axial compressor

摘要: 首先以单级轴流压气机NASA-Stage 35为研究对象,采用数值模拟方法,对单级轴流压气机引气机理进行研究,并将相关结论应用于某9级轴流压气机的引气研究中.结果表明:引气对单级和多级轴流压气机内部流场的影响基本一致,多级轴流压气机受级间匹配特性影响总体性能变化与单级轴流压气机有所差别.转子端壁引气能够吸除叶尖间隙低能流体并增强转子通道内径向流动,减小叶尖损失,提升级压比和级效率.静子端壁引气能够减小静子端区损失,提升级效率.Abstract: In the first place, with the single-stage axial compressor NASA-Stage 35 as research object, the bleeding mechanism of single-stage axial compressor was investigated by numerical simulation, and the research conclusion was applied to the bleeding investigation of the nine-stage axial compressor. The results show that bleeding effect on inner flow-field of single-stage and multistage axial compressors is basically the same, and there is some difference of overall performance between single-stage and multistage axial compressors with the effect of inner-stage matching.Rotor endwall bleeding can remove low-energy fluid in tip clearance and enhance the radial flow in rotor channel, therefor, the tip loss is reduced and the pressure ratio and efficiency of stage are increased.Stator endwall bleeding can reduce the endwall loss of stator and increase the efficiency of stage.
