航空活塞汽油机燃烧特性优化

ptimization of combustion characteristics of aviation piston gasoline engine

  • 摘要: 为优化某二冲程航空活塞汽油机的燃烧特性,研究了火花塞位置、火花塞数量以及火花塞布置方式等对其燃烧的影响。利用Pro-E和AVL Fire软件对该汽油机燃烧室建立了仿真模型,选取缸内压力数据验证了该模型的正确性,对火花塞不同的布置位置以及不同数量的火花塞等方案进行了仿真,对结果进行分析。结果表明:双火花塞布置方案比单火花塞布置方案更有利于组织快速燃烧,促进燃烧放热,缩短燃烧持续期;火花塞非对称布置方案比对称布置方案对火焰的形成及传播扩散更有利。
