基于模糊权重的轴承品质实现可靠性研究

Research on quality achieving reliability of bearing based on fuzzy weight

  • 摘要: 以模糊数学理论为基础,提出了轴承品质影响因素权重确定的方法。对原始的轴承品质实现可靠性模型进行修正,提出了改进的轴承品质实现可靠性模型,并基于最大熵原理对轴承品质实现可靠性的真值及真值区间进行估计。以30306和30204圆锥滚子轴承为对象进行试验研究,发现原始的可靠性模型计算结果相对于试验结果的偏差为20%~35%,改进的可靠性模型计算结果相对与试验结果的偏差为12%~14%,偏差降低了8%~21%,可见改进的可靠性模型比原始的可靠性模型更准确。
