计及齿面摩擦的弧齿锥齿轮动态特性

Dynamic characteristics of spiral bevel gear considering tooth surface friction

  • 摘要: 基于集中参数法建立斜交弧齿锥齿轮8自由度动力学模型和动力学方程,综合考虑静态传动误差、齿面摩擦、齿侧间隙等激励,采用变步长Runge-Kutta法求解传动系统的动态响应,分析了摩擦因数、重合度对传动系统振动幅值的影响。结果表明:不同工况下的摩擦因数不同,随着润滑油的减少,摩擦因数增大,系统的振动位移和法向啮合力增大;随着接触迹线与根锥之间的夹角增大,重合度减小,振动幅值增大,法向啮合力增大。
