Analysis of dynamic coupling characteristics of high speed angular contact ball bearing-rigid rotor system under different working conditions

  • 摘要: 根据建立的高速角接触球轴承-刚性转子系统动力学数值仿真模型,以某仪表轴承支承的转子系统为算例,分析了考虑转子振动与否对系统动力学性能的影响,并详细探究了轴向载荷以及转速对转子振动、轴承内部载荷分布及旋滚比、保持架的受力和质心运动以及磨损情况的影响。结果表明:考虑转子振动时,在纯轴向载荷下,轴承各位置处的球载荷也会存在差异,且保持架质心运动包含内圈频率,运动稳定性变差;随着轴向载荷的增大,转子振动逐渐减弱,轴承打滑减小,但由于轴承球载荷的增大,内、外圈滚道磨损呈现先减小后增大的趋势,并在轴向载荷为4 N时磨损最小;保持架稳定性和磨损则均随着轴向载荷的增大而增大;随着转速的增大,转子振动加强,内、外圈沟道及保持架磨损均加剧,保持架稳定性先增强后减弱,且在转速达到40 000 r/min后,轴承磨损和保持架稳定性急剧恶化。
