Stroboscopic illumination image acquisition method and influence of the paint pulse luminescence time

  • 摘要:

    提出了频闪照明图像采集方法来解决压力敏感涂料测量技术应用于旋转模型的图像采集问题,根据该方法组建了测量系统。以小型风扇为对象开展了图像采集实验,探索了涂料脉冲发光时间对图像质量影响。结果表明:图像运动模糊长度不超过4像素时,图像的清晰度与静止状态的参考图像基本一致。在总涂料发光时间一致时,涂料脉冲发光时间越短,图像噪声水平越小,信噪比越高,适用于较高轮缘速度的旋转对象。
