Analysis of low frequency pulsation of main fuel system on turbofan engine

  • 摘要:

    针对某型涡扇发动机主燃油系统中存在低频脉动,影响发动机工作安全性的问题,对燃油流路中低频脉动的产生机理进行分析,明确低频脉动的影响因素,从脉动的影响因素出发,结合主燃油系统的工作原理和相关附件、管路装配关系,定位系统中低频脉动大的原因,并提出一种通过调整活门型孔尺寸抑制低频脉动的改进措施。改进后的活门随发动机开展整机试验验证,试验结果均表明:改进措施合理有效,对低频脉动的抑制效果显著,随着发动机的工作状态点和脉动基准值的变化,脉动幅值可降低5%~84%,大幅提升了发动机主燃油系统的工作可靠性,保证了发动机试车安全。
