Static performance calibration method for six-component force testing

  • 摘要:

    为准确地获取某型发动机偏航、俯仰、主推力等工作性能,在前人研究的基础之上,研制出一种发动机四支点六分量测试台架,该台架集发动机推力测试和静态性能标定于一体,实现了对某型发动机的推力测量。介绍了测量系统和静态性能标定方法,并进行了测力单元静态标定试验。试验结果表明所设计的动态六分力测试台测量精度较高,总体相对误差为0.31%。
