弹性支承下的双半内圈角接触球轴承振动分析

Vibration analysis of two-piece inner ring angular contact ball bearing with elastic support

  • 摘要: 针对弹性支承下的双半内圈角接触球轴承,考虑弹性支承体与轴承外圈、轴承座之间的刚柔耦合特性,建立了弹性支承下的双半内圈角接触球轴承非线性动力学微分方程.采用精细积分法和预估-校正Adams-Bashforth-Moulton多步法相结合的算法,对非线性动力学微分方程进行求解,并对弹性体支承的双半内圈角接触球轴承振动特性进行了理论分析.分析结果表明:①通过增加支承体过渡沟槽个数可大幅度降低内圈振幅;套筒环厚度对轴承振幅影响相对较小,随着套筒环厚度的增加,内圈振幅先减小后增大;②轴向力较小时,采用过渡沟槽个数多的支承体能够降低振动幅值;轴向力较大时,适当减少过渡沟槽个数,有利于系统稳定;③存在一个最佳的过渡沟槽个数和套筒环厚度,使得轴承径向振动幅值达到最小.
