柔性转子振动的计算机控制

摘要: 本文从理论和实验证明了柔性转子的振动可以进行控制。并介绍了一种控制方案,它是利用一套液压系统来改变支承的刚度,支承刚度大小随油压的变化而变化,支承刚度的变化可以控制转子系统的振动。本文还介绍了计算机控制系统,此系统接收振动和转速信号,并根据这些信号改变油压,使得转子系统和支承系统达到最佳的匹配关系,从而达到对柔性转子振动的自动控制。Abstract: A combined theoretical and experimental study shows that it is possible to controlthe vibration of a flexible rotor by varying the support stiffness. The over-all rotor support stiffness can be tended to enable the rotor critical speed to shift desirably and to make good matching between the rotor and the support.A new construction of the pedestal with changeable stiffness is presened. Its stiffness can be changed continuously by changing the oil pressure which is exestedon the support by a special hydraulic system. A method for calculation of the pedestal stiffness is introduced. A microcomputer is used to control the vibrationof the flexible rotor according to the vibration signal of eddy current sensors.The controlling program uses the step approximation method. The results of the experiments are also given in this paper.
