带频率禁区的发动机转子动力优化设计
AN OPTIMAL DYNAMIC DESIGN OF AEROENGINE ROTORS WITH FREQUENCY CONSTRAINTS

摘要: 本文为带频率禁区的发动机转子动力优化设计。以转子的重量最轻为目标函数,约束条件为转子的各阶自振频率皆不落入转子工作频率的禁区并带边界约束,优化设计变量为转子的内外径、转子各轴段的长度及支承刚度等,一般可有20—30个设计变量。本文结合应用摄动逆求法和数学规则法进行转子的动力优化。一般其重分析次数不超过6—10次。Abstract: The present paper deals with the following optimization, given the structural natural frequency constraint and certain constraints on the design variables, findingout the minimum weight of the rotor consistent with the above constraints. By using the method of mathematical programming combined with the perturbationconverse solution, this problem can be solved. The combined method reduces times of re-analyses, and is simple and easy to understand. A practical example of dynamic design of an aeroengine rotor is given. The results may be useful to the practical engineering.
