航空发动机支承系统的动柔度系数矩阵及其测量

摘要: 转子系统的临界转速、不平衡响应和稳定性分析时,必须考虑支承系统的影响。但在实际发动机上,由于机匣部分结构十分复杂,工艺误差造成的差别较大,因而其动力特性往往需要实际测量。为此作者对某种双转子涡轮喷气发动机进行了激振试验,以确定支承的动柔度系数和耦合动柔度系数,取得其部分动柔度系数矩阵,供计算时作为原始数据。Abstract: This paper deals with the concept of the dynamic flexibility coefficient matrix and the measuremnt of the coefficients. As an example, the method of the coefficient measurement and the results of the coefficient matrix calculation are given for the supporting system of a twin-spool jet engine. The method and results will be useful for practice.
