离心压气机无叶扩压器旋转失速实验研究
AN EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION OF ROTATING STALL IN A CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSOR WITH VANELESS DIFFUSER

摘要: 人们通常把呈现准同步的旋转速度脉动这种不稳定流动现象定义为旋转失速。当压气机的流量减小到一定程度会出现这种现象。它使得压气机的性能下降,甚至可构成激振源,限制了压气机的运行范围。因此研究失速的特征对设计和运行压气机有一定的指导意义。Abstract: This paper deals with experimental investigation of unsteady flow in a radial vaneless diffuser.The circumferentially uniform discharge at the exit of the diffuser changes into a periodic circumferentially fluctuating flow state.The experimental measurements show that the properties of rotating stall in the diffuser are very obvious.The results of the investigation indicate that two type of rotating velocity patterns occur successively as the flow rate decreases.Their rotational speeds are different and the pattern with low rotational speed firstly appears.
