活齿传动的拟动力学研究
QUASI-KINETICS OF FOLLOWING TEETH TRANSMISSION

摘要: 本文针对活齿传动的基本型结构,综合考虑弹性变形、几何误差、摩擦学行为及润滑等问题的交叉影响,全面地研究了活齿传动的载荷特性和运动学问题。在受力分析方面,针对该传动多齿同时承载的特点,系统地研究了轮齿载荷分配规律,并提出了一个统一的载荷计算公式。在运动学研究方面,鉴于该传动的活齿及转臂轴承外圈均具有局部自由度的特点,提出了滑动系数的概念,研究了活齿及轴承外圈的打滑规律。Abstract: The quasi kinetics and load characteristics of Following Teeth Transmission(FTT)are researched all sidedly in accordance with its fundamental structure models.In the meantime the interactions of elastic deformations,manufacture errors,lubricating film and so on,are taken into consideration simulataneous of a number of teeth.According to the loading a centralized regressive loading formula is proposed.The concept about skidding coefficient of FTT is firstly introduced.Since there are local freedoms at the following rollers and the outer ring of eccentric bearing,the skidding states of FTT are brought to light.The conclusions were verified by the methods of photo elastic analysis and high speed photography was taken during authors′ experiments and the test results support the conclusions of the paper satisfactorily.
