单级跨音速压气机三维非定常粘性流动计算
Computation of 3-D Unsteady Viscous Flow in Transonic Compressor Stage

摘要: 本文以数值求解雷诺平均非定常N-S方程方法完成了单级跨音速压气机动静叶相干三维非定常粘性流动计算,给出了高分辨率NND格式的时间推进有限差分解。对某跨音速单级压气机进行了定常和非定常流的详细数值计算,设计转速下定常粘性流场计算所得到的性能参数与实验结果吻合较好。在此基础上,对最高效率状态进行了动/静叶相互干扰的非定常流动计算,并对结果进行了分析。Abstract: A time-marching finite difference method is presented for the numerical simulation of the three dimensional unsteady viscous flow by rotor-stator interaction in an axial transonic stage.A high-resolution scheme is adopted to capture flow shocks.The flow information of rotor and stator is exchanged by using the system of overlaid grids.In order to reduce CPU time,an implicit LU-SGS method is applied to obtain rapidly a steady state solution,from which an unsteady flow computaion can be started.A numerical example for a transonic compressor stage has been carried out.The results show a good prediction of the unsteady effects caused by rotor-stator interaction.
