轴流压气机重复级边界条件的建立及其在流场数值诊断中的应用
Establishment of Repeating Stage Conditions for Prediction of Axial Compressor Flow Field

摘要: 本文对轴流压气机多级环境中存在的重复级流动现象的建立及其在流场数值模拟中的应用进行了研究。研究表明负荷是重复级现象建立的关键因素之一,在高负荷的情况下,压气机内很快就可到达重复级状态。另外,本文利用重复级流动模型建立了重复级边界条件,在此基础上,利用1.5 级对流场已达到重复级状态的多级流场进行了流场数值模拟,计算结果表明此方法在保证具有较好精度的前提下。Abstract: The generation of repeating stage flow pattern in a multistage axial compressor and a simulation model of its flow field are investigated.The results show that the aerodynamic loading is one of the important factors to set up the repeating stage conditions.The flow is quickly reaching the repeating stage conditions as the loading is high.At the same time,a repeating stage boundary conditions are established on the basis of the model.A multi-stage flow field is simulated numerically which is reached the repeating stage conditions,employing 1.5 compressor stages.The results show that this method can improve the convergence as well as save the required memory and time of computation.
