离心压缩机梳齿密封气流激振的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Aerodynamic Excitation in Labyrinth Seals in a Centrifugal Compressor

摘要: 把研究物体在流场中振动时的受力和运动特性的非线性振子模型,推广到转子密封系统非线性动力学问题的研究中,突出了小间隙中非定常流对转子运动的影响。对某离心压缩机转子密封系统气流激振的数值模拟及其与实际运行数据的对比,证实了本文方法的有效性,为在工程设计和操作中预防和避免气流激振的发生。Abstract: The nonlinear oscillator model for the dynamic characteristics of structures in flow,has been extended to studying nonlinear dynamic characteristics of rotor/seal system.It is emphasized that the rotor dynamic characteristics are ffected by the nonlinear unsteady flow in the small clearance.The numerical simulation and experimental results in a rotor/seal system of the centrifugal compressor are in a reasonable agreement.It is shown that the simulation provides a theoretical basis for predicting and preventing the occurrence of seal aerodynamic excitation and for investigating the mechanism of the seal aerodynamic excitation accident.
